When you purchase a plan we collect your email address, the answers you provide in the questionnaire (goal, fitness level, age range, equipment, dietary preference, and any optional notes), and payment information. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by Fitly.
We use your questionnaire answers solely to generate your personalised plan. Your email address is used to deliver your plan and, if you have not opted out, to send follow-up emails about your progress and our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is shared with the following third-party services to operate the product: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI plan generation), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and infrastructure). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Generated plans are cached for 24 hours for delivery purposes and then deleted. Email addresses are retained for up to 12 months for the purposes of follow-up communications, after which they are deleted unless you have an active subscription.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@fitly.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Fitly uses only essential cookies necessary to operate the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
