Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Service description

Fitly provides AI-generated personalised fitness and nutrition plans for informational purposes only. Plans are generated using artificial intelligence and are not created by qualified personal trainers, nutritionists, or medical professionals.

2. Not medical advice

The plans, content, and information provided by Fitly do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme or making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks including injury. By purchasing and using a Fitly plan you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your own health and safety. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, and seek medical advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitly and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any plan or content provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

5. Payment and refunds

Plans are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Intellectual property

Plans are generated for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish any plan provided by Fitly.

7. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
